Our app is designed to be highly secure and privacy-focused. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, customer details, or billing information to our servers. All your Khata (ledger) and Billing data is stored securely and strictly offline (locally) on your device.

• Camera Permission (AI Scanner): We request camera access solely for the Google ML Kit OCR feature to scan product names and MRPs. This processing happens entirely on your device. We do not save, record, or upload your photos anywhere.
• Bluetooth Permission: Required only for connecting to external thermal printers to print your bills locally. We do not use Bluetooth to track your location or share data.
• Storage Access: Used strictly for saving generated PDF bills and database backups locally on your phone.

2. Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app to support its development. Google AdMob may collect and use certain data (like your device's advertising ID and IP address) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

3. Data Security

Since your business data (bills, customer ledger) never leaves your device, it remains as secure as your phone itself. We highly recommend using a screen lock on your device to protect your local data from unauthorized access.
